The most covert method would be to isolate one of her replacement's dummies, make contact, and simply let programming take its course, copying over any missing memories from the dummy into the mainframe's - aka her - neural cloud. Then, dispose of the dummy, dispose of the unsuspecting double, and slip neatly into her old life like she was never gone.
It's fully possible, but there are many existing practical reasons it's not proper to act on any time soon. ]
