"Any medicine can be a poison if given an incorrect dosage, which is essentially what you'd be doing. And it's a bit obvious of a route to go down. Not great for subterfuge. When a medicine messes up like that, suspicion will always fall on the doctor administering it or the apothecary who prepared it."
