"Mushrooms. Herbs. Fruit. Insects. Gems. Monster parts..." he says, listing of all of the things he liked to collect as he pulled leaves from the higher branches. Although it was probably easier to list the things Link didn't like to collect.

There was just something comforting, about finding something out in the wild. Picking it up. Finding something useful for it, or just keeping it for later. Maybe a lot of keeping it for later.
