There's a faint flash of disappointment, at the fact that Aerich doesn't actually know how to cook his favourite foods. Had Link been fishing for new recipes to try? Absolutely.

But he listens attentively to Aerich's list. Sometimes there's an inquisitive tilt of the head, when something Link doesn't recognise comes up - either because he hasn't yet learned the word, or that particular food isn't something they have in Hyrule. But for the most part, Link just lets Aerich talk, and listens.

"You could learn," he suggests, when Aerich comes to a natural pause. "To cook."
