The first time that Gohan had been to the Vault, he hadn't been able to get the full summary of it, given that he didn't know the language yet. Now, though, he's been studying it for a little while, so he can at least partially follow along. So he thought he'd slip in with one of the groups of newer recruits to hear it.

"Yes, um." It takes him a few seconds to figure out how to say what he wants to say. "What are the training facilities like? I need to keep finding new ways to get stronger."
