She spent the latter part of her time in the Society living with an old man who makes murder dolls and he was basically her grandfather (she would use some of these lifelike dolls to go incognito in towns pretending they were her parents so you know, fuuuuucked up) so she has a certain fondness for grumpy old men who secretly care.
