Ilphyl will be Tending the Wounded unless we really need someone on one of the optional missions. They can fight, but right now they really want to be a healer. They will help with one of the required missions (it looks like Flight of the Black Wings needs more people), but more as support than a direct combatant -- probably throwing a lot of weather magic around while on the ground.
